Carleton College’s Chapter of the AAUP (American Association of University Professors) was founded 2021 and supports building a more robust culture of faculty and staff input into decisions that impact our work. We are a forum, distinct from the College’s regular governance structures, where faculty and teaching staff may voice concerns, discuss issues, and deliberate together upon strategy. We are affiliated with but function independently from the national AAUP.
